i did a bunch of cleaning today. i woke up super early for no reason. i guess i'm used to it for work. but it was saturday and i was up at 6am. i went back to sleep since i realized what day it was. i finally got up around 9am and started cleaning the house. i vacuumed, did laundry, cleaned my room, and played music.

i've been looking for a workout bench and some dumbbells. i wanna start working out in my garage since i dont go to the gym anymore. i've been eating salads for the past 2 weeks. my goal is to drop 30 lbs by march. that's when we go to thailand. they dont sell clothes in xxl so i need to drop down. i dont plan on bringing a bunch of clothes. i'm just gonna buy what i need over there.

i stayed at work extra late today. it rained and traffic was horrible so i just decided to do some overtime.

and i finally started my x-mas shopping. got gifts for my nephew, bro and sis-in-law. now i just gotta buy gifts for mom, dad, and sis. hopefully i'll be done tomorrow but i doubt it.

i plan on doing a bunch of housework tomorrow. clean my room, clean the music room, clean the bathroom, clean the garage.

i bought some bleach for my hair. i plan on doing half of it blonde. the left half. hahaha. we'll see how that goes.

today felt like such a long day. it rained this morning. i left my house earlier than usual but i got to work later than normal. damn the rain and bad drivers.

had the luncheon/banquet at work today. this is the first time the food was actually good. we had salted pepper chicken wings, beef broccoli, salad, and noodles. i need to thank whoever chose to order that food.

left work early to go tailgate at the stadium. today was the last chargers home game for the season. played a bunch of games of beer pong. mari got pretty faded and started talking shit to some dude when we went in line for the bathroom. it was getting ridiculous. i had to tell her to calm down. it was funny though. i love tailgating. it's so much fun.

met up with my cousin raymond after the game. he's from the bay so he was rooting for the niners. he was texting me during the game "i'll see you after the niners win". and i responded with "i guess i wont be seeing you tonight". hahahaha.

i'm so hungry right now. debating if i should just sleep or grab a quick snap. hmmmm....

twenty one

i had a lot of fun today at work. i played alot of music. i took a bunch of breaks and had jam sessions. there's this girl, andie, who i use to jam with all the time but things get busy at work so we don't get a chance to sometimes. it's been about 3 or 4 months since the last time we jammed. and today was a good session. it was a little hard to play the songs we normally play because i always had the guitar before. now i only play the ukulele. but we made it work. and later on i had another jam sesh with junko. usually i'm the one inviting her to go and jam but this time she invited me. so i knew she actually wanted to play. sometimes i feel like im forcing her but not this time. she's a fun girl.

i had intentions to go meet up with my cousin who is in town. but i got home around 930pm and i still had to pack all the things for the tailgate tomorrow so i decided not to go. i'll see him at the game tomorrow anyways. im trying to get to work extra early tomorrow because im leaving extra early to go to the game. and i just found out that we're having a luncheon/banquet tomorrow so i gotta do all my work early.

me and andie also got asked to play at the luncheon tomorrow but luckily andie said that she had to leave early as well. we woulda played "baby" by justin bieber. hahahaha.

too tired to write about anything. there wasn't really much to write about in the first place. work, then bowling and now i'm home. won 3 out of 4 games in bowling today. first two games were money. the 3rd game, i got tired and couldn't throw the ball very well. my middle finger started hurting in the first game also. my wrist feels really sore right now. it'll probably be super sore tomorrow morning.

trying to think of songs to cover on the uke. tried playing "best of me" by starting line. i need to work on it. currently learning "santeria" by sublime.

forgot to blog the past few days. it's been kinda hectic and fun. didn't do anything crazy last friday. just went to work and stayed in cuz i had the company billiards tournament the next morning.

the tourney started at 9am on saturday. it lasted all the way up until 5pm. so it felt like a long day. we played the team tournament first. my team went the distance in the first round. it was a best of 7 series and we had to use all 7 games. we ended up losing but it was a close match. our opponents were all guys who played in a league. we only had one guy on our team that played in a league. in the singles competition, i beat 3 players and advanced to the quarter finals. in that round i had to play my own teammate. it was a best of 3 series and we took that game to the limit also. he won the first game and then i rallied back and took the second game. in the third game, i had a chance to win it but i choked on a easy shot and he took it from there. at least i lost to my own teammate, someone i like. and it turns out my teammate ended up running the gauntlet and took the singles title!!!! i was so proud of him. we spent endless hours in my garage practicing and it payed off for one of us. we ended up celebrating at toro sushi after for some sake bombs. we had said in the last team practice that if any one of us wins, we would do sake bombs. and sure enough, we did!!!!

after toro sushi on saturday night, i went home and relaxed for a bit before i had to go to eastlake tavern to celebrate abie's b-day. got to see some old high school friends that i haven't seen in a long time. it was fun but i didn't even feel like drinking cuz we ate so much sushi and the sake bombs were creeping up on me.

sunday was the chargers game and they creamed the chiefs. it was very satisfying, since the chiefs are in first place right now. if they lose one more, we take over first place. there's only 3 games left in the season so we gotta handle business. i think we can pull it off and head into the playoffs.

today felt like a long day too. i left my house at 730am and didn't get home til 930 pm. i did overtime at work and then headed straight to my parents place so we could go visit my grandma in the hospital. she's in a lot better shape now. i'm glad to see her getting better. hopefully she gets her strength back and is able to get out of the hospital soon.

met up with joel for lunch today. we went to habaneros and i got the pollo asado burrito. i always get that when i'm there. it's probably the best pollo asado burrito i've had compared to any other place i've gotten it at. but when i got back to work, i felt all cold. it was a weird feeling. it was almost like the chills. i was starting to feel weak and it was hard to concentrate. it might just be food coma kickin in. i did have trouble finishing the burrito.

junko cme over again tonight after work. she brought over dinner. kfc. good call. and then we played pool afterwards. we played for like 4 hours. it was so much fun that it felt like 30 mins. she's really starting to open up to me. she's dancing and singing in front of me. before she wouldn't even talk to me. this is a huge turn around. i have no idea what i'm doing different. i guess she just finally gave in and when she did, she realized that i'm not that bad. hahaha. she's a lot of fun to be around. maybe this could be the start of something special?
